French Corner: Blaise Pascal University and ESC Clermont-Ferrand

Blaise Pascal University has five Faculties; two Schools of Engineering; one University Institute of Technology and one Teacher Training Faculty. The quality of its teaching makes it a well-known university, attracting and welcoming more than 2,000 foreign students. It has indeed four Doctoral Schools and thirty-one laboratories and research teams, sixteen of which are associated with the C.N.R.S. (National Centre for Scientific Research) and two with the I.N.R.A. (National Institute for Research in Agronomy). Multidisciplinary courses and degrees in Arts, Languages and the Humanities, Exact and Natural Sciences and Technology, Sports Science and Engineering are offered to the University’s 16,000 students.

The Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (ESC) of Clermont is a graduate school of Management, member of the "Conférence des Grandes Ecoles" since 1985 that recognizes the quality of its Master’s degree. The university offers 30 certificates, specialized among others in finance, marketing or international affairs. Its Master in Management was ranked among the 80 bests in the world by the Financial Times in 2015.
