The Young Entrepreneurs initiative (YEi), started in 2006, is an accelerator designed to help entrepreneurs grow their business in France and Europe.

Are you an early-stage company looking for opportunities to expand to Europe? The YEi program is for you! Come to our upcoming events in Boston to learn more about the Young Entrepreneurs Initiative. This program offers the unique and exciting opportunity for American early-stage entrepreneurs to explore the vibrant entrepreneurial and technological ecosystem in France. Laureates will receive an all-expenses-paid immersion week in France to explore business opportunities while receiving extensive mentoring and guidance suited to their companies’ needs. Awards
The Office for Science & Technology of the French Embassy in partnership with Invest in France Agency are delighted to offer to the 2014 YEi Laureates a free week immersion stay in France including training, connections and mentoring for the laureates. This immersion week will be located in the Paris area and in one French region whose innovative ecosystem best fits the needs of each laureate.

This immersion week will include:
Travel and hotel expenses
An intensive training in Paris on “how to do business in France”
Personalized business connections in the stimulating Parisian ecosystem
Personalized business connections in the ecosystem beyond Paris that best fits the needs of each laureate
Intensive mentoring and coaching

Additional prizes to the YEi candidates:
French incubators and Business Innovation Centers (BIC) partners of YEi and members of the RETIS network will offer a one-week immersion stay in their facilities, providing coaching and mentoring to some of the candidates, chosen through a matchmaking process. French entities will publish a “soft-landing offer” describing the economic specificities of their territories and what they have to offer. In 2013, seven companies received these regional prizes.
