Capucine Montessori school is a unique classroom providing a high-quality French-English dual immersion Montessori education, for children ages 2.9 to 6 years old. It bases its teaching methods on the philosophies developed by Maria Montessori, combined with dual language education. Capucine Montessori will open in Fall 2018, and is conveniently located on 2180 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. Enrollment is ongoing, and will remain open for the rest of school year.

Teddy Bear Club


Founded in 1993, The Teddy Bear Club is a bilingual French-English preschool program for children ages 2 to 5. Based in West Newton, just a few miles from Boston, TBC serves French and American families as well as those from many other nationalities around the world.
The Teddy Bear Club’s unique curriculum blends the best elements of French and American preschool programs, all while incorporating the state of Massachusetts’ educational standards for early learners. TBC’s mission is to empower children with self-esteem, a love of learning, and an appreciation for world cultures. French language instruction is seamlessly integrated with English throughout the school day.
The Teddy Bear Club welcomes students for morning or afternoon sessions, two, three or five days a week.

French for Kids! is a small independent school located in Lexington, Massachusetts which offers a French English bilingual preschool as well as after school French language classes. French for Kids! was founded in 1997 by a French woman, Monique Heymann, and an American woman, Janis Rothbard. The vision for their school has been guided by their love for children and their passion for starting children on the journey of second language learning at a young age. The founders drew upon their many years of combined experience in education and administration to create an innovative and well-managed small school.
