All over the world, chefs will prepare a four-course French menu using seasonal, eco-friendly produce. This demonstration of cuisine will be firmly rooted in its time and sensitive to the needs of today: respecting our planet and healthy eating. Visitors from France and abroad will be able to sample tasty food which showcases not only local farmers and food producers, but also socially responsible cuisine focusing on environmental protection.

Following on from COP21 and the French National Food Conference (Etats Généraux de l’Alimentation), France has a duty to be at the forefront of global environmental action. With this in mind, Goût de / Good France supports the “No More Plastic” initiative, which is working to protect our oceans and reduce the use of plastic
