On March 21, join thousands of restaurants worldwide in celebrating delicious French food!
All over the world, chefs will prepare a four-course French menu using seasonal, eco-friendly produce. This demonstration of cuisine will be firmly rooted in its time and sensitive to the needs of today: respecting our planet and healthy eating. Visitors from France and abroad will be able to sample tasty food which showcases not only local farmers and food producers, but also socially responsible cuisine focusing on environmental protection.

YOUR MENU - How it works
All meals must feature at least a four-course menu:
Starter - Main course - Cheese course - Dessert*
*Two desserts may be served if restaurant owners feel they are unable to provide high-quality cheeses.
Each menu will be based on cuisine with reduced fat, sugar and salt, which promotes healthy eating and the environment and features vegetables and grains.
Each restaurant decide the price of its own menu. It is suggested to donate 5% of sales to a local NGO working to respect health and environment
