Welcome to the "French Corner", the Consulate’s monthly rendez-vous dedicated to the promotion of France’s culture and patrimony in video! This January, discover the University of Burgundy, Burgundy School of Business and The School of Wine & Spirit Business.
University of Burgundy is the only university in the Burgundy region. Located between Paris and Lyon, uB has its main campus in Dijon, and several others spread across Burgundy. UB fulfils a dual mission of education and research in all scientific fields, among which Social sciences, Humanities, Physical sciences, and Life sciences. UB enrols 27,000 students, among whom 3,000 international students, every year.
A growing number of programmes is taught in English.
For example, the MASCI 2. The MASCI, one of the top MA courses in International Strategic Communications in France (SMBG guide), last year opened its doors to international students. A condensed, 100% English-taught MA course lasting one year will allow communications students to gain international experience, for their final year of MA studies in strategic communications, while giving them hands-on experience of designing communication strategies.

Founded in 1899, Burgundy School of Business is a leading teaching and research school belonging to the network of top French academic institutions in management. It offers eight Master’s degrees and one Bachelor’s degree in Management taught in English or in French, accredited by the Conférences des Grandes Ecoles and open to French and international students.
