French Short Films at the Coolidge Corner Theater: August and September

The Coolidge Corner Theater
290 Harvard Street, Brookline

Through August 31 for the current shorts; new shorts beginning in September.

The Coolidge Corner Theater is currently presenting one of several French shorts before each feature film: Poteline, directed by Chloe Miller; Les Crayons, directed by Didier Barcelo; Le Baiser, directed by Stefan Le Lay; and Overtime, directed by Damien Ferrie.

In September, the theater will begin showing one of two shorts before the feature documentary Kings of Pastry, about a French baking competition. They are: Marcel, about French teenagers and the work of Marcel Duchamp, and The End, about a film noir character who breaks the fourth wall.
