Directed by Sylvaine Guyot in the tradition of “poor theater,” Albert Camus’s play Les Justes (1949) will be performed in French by five graduate students from "La Troupe", Harvard’s first and only French theater troupe. Based on a historical event that occurred at the beginning of the twentieth century, the play tells the story of five socialist revolutionaries who plotted to assassinate the grand-duke Serge, then despotic ruler of Moscow.
