Boston Accueil’s annual members’ meeting at the Residence of France.

On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, the Consul General welcomed the Boston Accueil team to the Residence de France for their annual members’ meeting.

Boston Accueil is a volunteer association that welcomes French families to Boston, facilitating their integration and relocation. The association brings together over 200 French families.

Boston Accueil’s mission is to inform, welcome, support, and entertain the French community by organizing culinary, literary, linguistic, sporting, cultural, and artistic activities.

The association’s members enjoy meeting up regularly for workshops and activities that help forge strong links between families.

During the meeting, the association unveiled its new website and presented its plans for 2024.

The Consul also took the opportunity to renew his support for Boston Accueil and praised the commitment of its director, Cécile Penot, and her staff to the French community.
