February 20, 2015 : Destination Europe Conference
Friday February 20, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Taj Hotel (15 Arlington Street, Boston MA 02116), will be held the Destination Europe Conference, designed to inform entrepreneurs and innovators interested in working in Europe or cooperating with European researchers.
Destination Europe events showcase the vibrant and exciting research and innovation culture in Europe and the opportunities available to researchers, from anywhere in the world, interested in working there or cooperating with European researchers. Destination Europe is a joint initiative of the European Union and its Member States.
Come to the Destination Europe event in Boston, to meet:
Experts from European research organisations, funding agencies and European Commission services who will present programmes, initiatives and excellent institutions.
Researchers who have had the experience of moving to Europe temporarily or permanently and who will share their experience with you
Information about the practicalities of moving to Europe (scientific visa, mobility centres etc.)
An exhibition space to provide additional information
Opportunities in France: Land of Innovation and Scientific Excellence
France offers opportunities for both young and experienced researchers to work or lead teams in laboratories, universities and national research institutions and enjoy the French “art de vivre.” The landscape for innovation and technology transfer has been transformed in recent years thanks to a National Investment Plan to increase the visibility and efficiency of these fields.
